Home Ways To Help!

Here's what you can do...

Donate items!

Please send in items! We will take anything big or small in brand new condition! "Fill out a procurement form, located in the entry way, and leave your item in the barrel. We will collect it from there."

Buy your ticket early and attend the auction!

Ticket sales go towards the total money earned at the auction, and BID BID BID! Think about birthday presents, anniversary gifts, and even 2009/2010 holidays!

Sign up to help with the event!

More information will be added to this site soon, but help will be needed with decorations, set-up (the day before, the 8th), and for working at the auction.

Help with your child's classroom project!

Contact your Room Parent to help with brainstorming and executing the project your child's class will work on. These are presented during the live auction.

Talk with your company about "matching funds"

To encourage and support the generosity and community involvement of employees, some companies have an Employee Matching Gift program. Some will match dollar to dollar while others will match a percentage of employees' donations. Find out if your company offers this! If so, our PTA treasurer wll be happy to facilitate the paperwork so that your donations are matched.

And the BIG ONE...assist with "procurement"

Procuring items is a long task and as many hands and voices as possible is most appreciated! Simply put, procuring is the act of obtaining an item! The Auction committee contacts hundreds of local businesses and organizations and needs your help! Please see the link on the left menu for more information.
